"Opposing each other" means that the two chosen modules must be linked to seekers that are opposing each other.
Since the order in which modules are linked is never relevant, the chosen modules do not have to be linked in symmetric positions with respect to the seekers (for example, first/first or last/last).
Destroyed modules are moved to their owner's archive.
If no two modules can be chosen this way, you still get to archive 3 cards.
